Role Purpose:
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, assisting with menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will play a critical role in maintaining consistency, creativity, and excellence in every dish served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily food preparation processes.
- Assist the Head Chef in creating innovative menu items and recipes.
- Cook and present high-quality dishes in a timely and appealing manner.
- Supervise and motivate chefs across all kitchen stations.
