Role Purpose:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, mentoring staff, managing inventory, improving profitability, and creating a positive work environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining high operational standards and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Mentor and train new staff.
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Handle payroll and inventory management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Enforce sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Promote and market the restaurant to boost visibility and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

 Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Catering Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership and team-building experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, standards and regulatory compliance.
